Integrated Management System Policy

INGECID S.L. (hereinafter INGECID) has an Integrated Management System, the scope of which includes its main activity, namely:

• Design of civil engineering and renewable and nuclear energy projects and technical reports.
• Design and development of software in the fields of civil engineering and nuclear engineering.
• Training for companies in civil engineering and nuclear engineering knowledge areas.
• Research, development, and innovation in the fields of civil engineering, renewable energies, nuclear energy, and software engineering.

At INGECID, we are committed to continuously maintaining and improving our integrated management system to ensure its effectiveness and the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.

In this way, we guarantee to always be at the forefront to meet our clients’ needs, improve our environmental performance, preserve the integrity of individuals, and ensure compliance with the requirements for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of stakeholder information. All of this is in accordance with the following established requirements:

• Explicitly by our clients and other stakeholders not listed below.
• In national and international normative references, such as: UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 56001:2024, UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023, National Security Scheme (regulated by RD 311/2022), UNE-EN ISO 45001:2023, and UNE-EN ISO 37301:2021.
• In standards 10CFR50 Appendix B, NQA-1-2008/09A, UNE 73400 series, and UNE-EN ISO 19443:2022 for projects whose scope relates to the safety of a nuclear facility.
• In UNE-EN ISO 19650:2019, parts 1 and 2, for the drafting of projects, construction management of building and civil works following the BIM methodology, as well as in the provision of consulting services for the implementation of said methodology.
• In PECAL 2110 and PECAL 2210 standards for projects where INGECID must comply with quality assurance requirements as a supplier in contracts with the Spanish Ministry of Defense.

In accordance with this commitment, INGECID’s management will allocate the necessary means and resources to implement the following principles that form part of this policy:

• Foster a relationship with clients, collaborators, and partners that allows for fluid information exchange in both directions.
• Promote and enhance Innovation activities as a differentiating factor for competitiveness in our sector.
• Be leaders in the development of new technological solutions in the fields of civil engineering, nuclear energy, and renewable energies.
• Encourage the motivation of all personnel to raise awareness of the importance of Innovation, foster creativity, and teamwork to capture new ideas.
• Protect and respect the environment, adopting necessary measures to prevent pollution and reduce the environmental impact of our activity. In this regard, promote reuse, recycling, and resource management, incorporating an environmental approach into the design of our projects.
• Establish the necessary measures to protect information against loss of availability, confidentiality, integrity, traceability, and authenticity.
• Establish an appropriate risk assessment and treatment methodology for the Information Security Management System (ISMS), business requirements, services, changes, threats, and the external environment (legal requirements, contractual obligations, regulations), which also includes the necessary controls to mitigate identified risks, risk acceptance criteria, and acceptable risk levels.
• Monitor the implemented ISMS measures, ensuring their efficient compliance.
• Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health, in accordance with INGECID’s purpose, size, and context, and the specific nature of its Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risks and opportunities.
• Ensure the consultation and participation of workers and their representatives in all elements of the OHS Management System.
• Eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks.
• Maintain process integrity and prevent illicit activities, corruption, and bribery.
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement in Quality, Environment, Innovation, ISMS, and OHS in the development of our activity.
• Establish and periodically review Quality, Environmental, Innovation, ISMS, and OHS objectives, within the framework of this policy.

INGECID is committed to complying with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as other requirements that the company subscribes to in the ethical, environmental, ISMS, and OHS fields.

INGECID considers its employees, clients, partners, and suppliers as fundamental parties for the organization’s operation and takes their opinions into account to apply them as improvement measures.
