High-precision scanning and data capture

We combine advanced technologies and tools such as 3D laser scanning (LiDAR) and drones to capture three-dimensional data with millimetre precision. This information enables us to generate accurate models of industrial facilities, even in complex environments, without interfering with plant operations, maintaining safety and optimising working times.

3D BIM survey of industrial facilities

Based on the data obtained through scanning, we generate 3D BIM models that integrate both geometry and information, enabling us to analyse clashes, optimise the design and facilitate project planning.

Real-time asset management

We integrate different technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT sensors, Virtual and Augmented Reality, and data analytics, enabling real-time monitoring and asset management, facilitating the automation of industrial processes and predictive maintenance.

Consulting and process standardisation

We implement BIM methodologies as the central axis for the management and standardisation of industrial processes, coordinating people, processes and technology in an integrated manner. AIM DIGITALISATION OF DESALINATION PLANT INFRASTRUCTURE FOR OPERATION IN THE O&M PHASE

INGECID has carried out the comprehensive digitalisation of the infrastructure of the Campo Dalías desalination plant, with the aim of optimising its management during the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) phase. This project, within the scope of hydraulic infrastructure, aligns with the AIM (Asset Information Model) strategy, focused on maximising operational efficiency through digital models.

AIM DIGITALISATION OF PRODUCTION LINE INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

As part of projects aimed at improving and modernising industrial infrastructure, INGECID has carried out the complete digitalisation of the production line in the automotive industry. This work included the precise capture of the existing environment through point clouds—machinery, components and production spaces—to generate a digital model that enables more efficient management of the industrial infrastructure.
