QUALITY MANAGEMENT

To ensure excellence in quality management, we comply with the requirements of the current international standard ISO 9001. At INGECID, we are committed to continuous improvement to achieve the highest level of quality and efficiency in our processes, placing the Client at the center of our strategy.

When the project scope affects the safety of a nuclear facility, we also comply with the requirements of regulations 10CFR50 Appendix B, NQA-1-2008/09A, UNE 73401, and ISO 19443.

Furthermore, in our international projects, we incorporate the corresponding regulations, thus ensuring compliance with the most rigorous global standards and maximum protection in each specific context.

NUCLEAR SAFETY CULTURE

Nuclear safety is a fundamental pillar in Ingecid’s activities. Our approach is based on a continuous process of risk identification and assessment, implementing preventive measures for their mitigation. The Nuclear Safety Culture we promote is based on the guidelines of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other international regulations. This culture is aligned with the best practices in the sector and of major nuclear facilities.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

In our firm commitment to protecting the environment, we comply with the requirements of the current international standard ISO 14001, thereby assuming the responsibility to minimize our environmental impact through actions such as: evaluation and compliance with legal obligations and other subscribed requirements, identification and evaluation of environmental aspects, establishment of objectives, and raising awareness among our stakeholders regarding good environmental practices.

INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

The ISO 56001 standard guides our innovation management system, ensuring that our innovation activities in projects and software, across civil engineering, renewable energy, and nuclear energy fields, are carried out efficiently, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.

As part of our strong commitment to innovation, at the beginning of 2025, we adapted our innovation management system to the requirements established by the new international standard ISO 56001, which replaced the UNE 166002 standard that had previously formed the basis of this system.

INFORMATION SECURITY

To ensure information security, we follow the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001. This helps us manage and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, ensuring the trust of our clients and stakeholders.

Additionally, as suppliers to Public Sector entities, we are implementing the National Security Scheme (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad) to ensure adequate protection of information and services within the scope of e-government, guaranteeing the security and resilience of our systems.

We are also committed to complying with all regulations related to personal data protection, ensuring that data processing is carried out securely and in accordance with current legislation. This includes implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

BIM

In project drafting and construction management for building and civil works, we follow the BIM methodology, complying with the requirements of ISO 19650, parts 1 and 2, and provide consulting services for its implementation.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT

The protection of workers is crucial for INGECID, and we understand that, when facing occupational risks, merely formal compliance with legal obligations in this area is not enough. Therefore, we have implemented, within our integrated management system, the requirements demanded by the international standard ISO 45001, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for workers at INGECID and other stakeholders, reducing risks and continuously improving our performance in this area.

COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

We follow the requirements defined by the current international standard ISO 37301 to establish, develop, and maintain an effective compliance management system, ensuring that INGECID always fulfills all its obligations. Compliance is integrated into the organization’s culture and management, as well as into the behavior and attitude of the people who work for it.
