INGECID AND THE UNIVERSITY OF CANTABRIA

On October 28, 2024, we signed a collaboration agreement with the University of Cantabria for the creation of the INGECID INNOVA Chair.

The INGECID Innova Chair is established as a space for collaboration between academia and the professional sector, with the aim of fostering innovation, research, and development in engineering and construction.

Our commitment is clear: to support young talent, encourage the development of transformative projects, and contribute to the advancement of sustainable and technological solutions in the sector, promoting and driving scholarships, awards, training, research projects, and other initiatives.

OUR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

These scholarships will not only facilitate your academic path but also open doors for you to enter the professional world with a solid network of contacts and experience.

Scholarships are aimed at students in their final years of undergraduate studies or early stages of master’s degrees, and are usually enjoyed throughout the year.

Upon completion of the scholarship, there is a possibility of continuing your professional development through a training contract, subject to agreement between both parties.

TFG AWARDS

The Final Degree Project (TFG) Awards aim to recognize the effort, creativity, and innovation in students’ various projects, and in topics related to INGECID in the fields of engineering: computer science, software, industrial, nuclear, civil, etc.

• In this third call, the submission deadline is November 2026.

• All TFGs approved from November 2025 to September 2026, in any of the Centers, may be submitted.

• The awards ceremony will be announced in advance and will take place before Christmas 2026.
