BIM IMPLEMENTATION AT AENA

The objective of the project is to continue with the previous first phase of BIM implementation, executed during the three preceding years through the development and validation of procedures, standards, workflows, model requirements, and related documentation, training, etc.; as well as to define and monitor the implementation of the Autodesk ACC CDE (executed under another file) and integrations into existing management tools and information systems (Maximo, SAP, etc.). Additionally, within the scope of the project, the AIM management strategy will be validated through the application of a pilot project focused on the Operation and Maintenance phase.

PILOT EXPERIENCE OF BIM IMPLEMENTATION IN THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE AT THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF HIGHWAYS

Among the various steps being taken by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, and more specifically the Directorate General of Highways, for the implementation of BIM methodology, is the execution of a pilot experience applying this methodology in the construction of a real project.

IMPLEMENTATION OF BIM METHODOLOGY AT THE PASAIA PORT AUTHORITY

INGECID has led the first phase of BIM methodology implementation at the Pasaia Port Authority, focusing on people, processes, and technologies. Through a detailed analysis, the main digitalization needs and areas for improvement in the management of port assets and infrastructure were identified.

BIM IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PROJECTS AND WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE SAN SEBASTIÁN CITY COUNCIL

INGECID has implemented BIM methodology in the Projects and Works Department of the San Sebastián City Council.

Thanks to this process, the municipal department incorporates the enabling BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology for project execution. The ultimate goal is to bring efficiency to the team and streamline appropriate decision-making in the works they carry out.
