Through our CSR program, we aim to make a positive impact on society, focusing especially on the communities that need it most. We firmly believe that every small action matters and that our growth should always go hand in hand with a commitment to people and their well-being.
/ "HESHIMA" project
CARE, SUPPORT, TRANSFORM
The project HESHIMA (which means "respect" in Swahili) represents the heart of our CSR. Through it, we promote initiatives to support and improve the quality of life for two key groups:
Elderly care homes
Activities in various rural care homes, led by professionals, aim to revitalize daily routines and enhance the quality of life of elderly residents, breaking monotony while stimulating both cognitive and emotional well-being.
Day centers and youth programs
Providing educational and recreational opportunities, giving children and teenagers access to sports and cultural activities to enhance their development and foster personal growth.
/ Boosting young talent
INGECID SCHOLARSHIPS
At INGECID, we invest in the future, and that means investing in young people.
Each year, we award scholarships to support children and adolescents in developing their passions—whether in arts, sports, or education—providing access to training and resources that enhance their talent.
/ Global commitment
INTERVENTION IN SOUTH AFRICA
Our responsibility does not stop in our immediate environment. We also collaborate internationally, and we currently support the Boundless Foundation in South Africa. Boundless Foundationin South Africa.
Together, we contribute to the future of vulnerable youth through projects that provide access to education, employment, and basic resources. One of our recent initiatives has focused on improving hygiene and health in schools, installing sanitary bins in girls’ bathrooms.
