INGECID carried out the BIM modeling for a residential development of over 100 homes by Aelca. The project is located in Soto de la Marina, within the municipality of Santa Cruz de Bezana (Cantabria), and consists of three five-story residential buildings. The homes include underground parking, storage rooms, and spacious communal areas.

The project involved structural BIM modeling for A-GATEIN. INGECID coordinated closely with the architecture and MEP disciplines to develop the structural BIM model. Additionally, clash detection was performed across the different disciplines, collaborating with the calculation and design teams to ensure accuracy and integration.
