Integrated Management System Policy
INGECID S.L (hereinafter INGECID) has an Integrated Management System covering its main activities, namely:
- Design of projects and technical reports in civil engineering and renewable and nuclear energy.
- Design and development of software in the fields of civil and nuclear engineering.
- Training for companies in areas related to civil and nuclear engineering.
- Research, development, and innovation in civil engineering, renewable energy, nuclear energy, and software engineering.
At INGECID, we are committed to maintaining and continuously improving our Integrated Management System to ensure its effectiveness and the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.
We guarantee to remain at the forefront to meet client needs, improve environmental performance, preserve people’s integrity, and ensure compliance with confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements for stakeholder information. This is achieved in accordance with:
- Explicit requirements from our clients and other stakeholders.
- National and international standards, such as UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 56001:2024, UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023, Spanish National Security Framework (regulated by RD 311/2022), UNE-EN ISO 45001:2023, and UNE-EN ISO 37301:2021.
- Standards 10CFR50 Appendix B, NQA-1-2008/09A, series UNE 73400 and UNE-EN ISO 19443:2022 for projects related to nuclear facility safety.
- UNE-EN ISO 19650:2019, parts 1 and 2, for project preparation and construction management using BIM methodology, as well as consulting services for its implementation.
- Standards PECAL 2110 and PECAL 2210 for projects requiring quality assurance as a supplier in contracts with the Spanish Ministry of Defence.
In line with this commitment, INGECID’s management will allocate the necessary means and resources to implement the following principles that form part of this policy:
- Promoting relationships with clients, collaborators, and partners to ensure smooth information flow.
- Fostering innovation as a key competitive factor.
- Being a reference in developing new technological solutions in civil engineering, nuclear energy, and renewable energy.
- Motivating staff to raise awareness of innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
- Protecting and respecting the environment, preventing pollution, and reducing environmental impact. In this regard, we promote reuse, recycling, and resource management, incorporating an environmental approach into the design of our projects.
- Establishing measures to protect information against loss of availability, confidentiality, integrity, traceability, and authenticity.
- Establish an appropriate methodology for risk assessment and treatment for the Information Security Management System (ISMS), business requirements, services, changes, threats, and the external environment (legal requirements, contractual obligations, regulations), which also includes the necessary controls to mitigate identified risks, the risk acceptance criteria, and acceptable risk levels.
- Monitoring implemented information security measures to ensure efficiency.
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration, in line with INGECID’s purpose, size, and context, and considering the specific nature of its risks and opportunities for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
- Ensuring worker consultation and participation in all elements of the OHS Management System.
- Eliminating hazards and reducing risks for OHS.
- Maintaining process integrity and preventing illicit activities, corruption, and bribery.
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement in Quality, Environment, Innovation, IS, and OHS.
- Establishing and periodically reviewing objectives in these areas under this policy framework.
