TAILORED SOLUTIONS, DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE RESULTS

The project aims to continue the first phase of BIM implementation, carried out over the previous three years through the development and validation of procedures, standards, workflows, model requirements, documentation, and training. The project scope includes defining and monitoring the implementation of Autodesk ACC CDE (executed under a separate contract) as well as its integration with existing management tools and information systems such as Maximo and SAP. It also aims to validate the AIM strategy through a pilot project in the Operation and Maintenance phase.

As part of the BIM implementation strategy of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, and specifically the Directorate General of Roads (DGC), a pilot project was carried out applying BIM methodology to the construction of a real infrastructure project.
