On Tuesday, 10 February, part of the INGECID team travelled to Germany to participate in the inaugural 2026 meeting of ENÉRGICA, held at the Spanish Embassy in Berlin.
The session brought together the founding companies and new companies that have joined the hub, with the aim of defining the main lines of action for 2026 and strengthening business cooperation in a strategic market such as Germany.
The opening ceremony featured a speech by Inmaculada Riera, Director General of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, who highlighted the role of business collaboration in key areas such as sustainability and energy transition. Josu Egea, President of ENÉRGICA, then welcomed the new companies, and Felipe Montero, Vice-President of the group, presented the governance proposal and the lines of work for the current year.
The meeting closed with a presentation by Lucinio Muñoz, Chief Economic and Commercial Counsellor at the Spanish Embassy in Berlin, who analysed the challenges facing the German energy framework in the face of climate change, focusing on climate neutrality, international competitiveness and security of supply.
At INGECID, we remain committed to international collaboration and to playing an active role in strategic spaces that promote energy transition and innovation in the sector.
